Goodbye, 2018: Yulia Nefedova

I discovered Russian artist Yulia Nefedova's work in early 2018 and thoroughly enjoyed her frequent Instagram posts that made me chuckle or blush. I was thrilled when she agreed to answer these questions on 2018:

What's the nicest thing you did for someone in 2018?

I don’t remember if I did; probably nothing  special.

Has 2018 been a good year for you in terms of productivity and creativity? What all did you work on this year?

I could do much more if I had more money and was less lazy. But I started studying sculpture and working on my toy project, which is the next step for me.

Which film that you saw this year changed something in you?

The Affair by Carl Colpaert

Which song/s did you listen to on loop this year?

In My Mind by Georgie Kay and Ocean Drive by Duke Dumont

Best book you read this year?

Sad Animal Facts by Brooke Barker

What's your 2018 takeaway? :)

I don’t really order food because in the end, it is not what I want. For me to choose something off a menu is a nightmare. So I cook by myself mostly. But I love hummus!

What are your goals/plans/dreams for the year ahead?

Speak French !

Run toy-constructor and toys I made by myself

Continue sculpture and try different ways and materials
